Q & A

  • What did you do before Create and Craft? I've been very fortunate to stay busy in the film industry as an actor, writer and producer.
  • Most embarrassing on-screen moment? I was hosting a live show for several hours. When a promo ran, I had the opportunity to grab a large handful of popcorn. While munching away, I realized the promo was much shorter than I expected. As I went back to a host shot, it was difficult to understand anything I said.
  • Tell us a secret For many years growing up, I had a dream that one day I would be a famous boxer.
  • What’s your idea of the perfect Sunday (when you’re not working)? At the risk of sounding cliché... snuggling up on the couch to watch a good football game or a bad 80s movie.
  • Which living person do you most admire and why? Even though I don't have much affiliation to anything Catholic, Pope Francis is on the top of my list. He seems to remain so unaffected by the opulence that surrounds him while showing such empathy to the less fortunate.
  • What is the trait you most deplore in yourself / others? As a man with many flaws, it's difficult for me to choose. The first one that comes to mind, though, is how judgemental I am to those who are quick to judge. A little ironic, huh?
  • Aside from property, what’s the most expensive thing you've bought? I love working in film production, even as an editor. So, of course, I had to purchase all the Apple computers and gadgets.
  • What is your guiltiest pleasure? Watching Family Guy.
  • What keeps you awake at night? My prostate... just kidding. I actually don't have much trouble getting all the way through the night.
  • How would you like to be remembered? As the guy who showed to help his friends move.
  • What is the most important lesson life has taught you? Being vulnerable and honest about yourself is the most powerful way to live.
  • Favourite Create and Craft product? Edible glue.
  • Which phrase do you overuse? "Back off, I know karate' (I don't know karate).
  • If you could travel back in time, which period would you visit? New York in 50's. The 1950's, not the 1650's.
