  1. Attach the stencil to the 7” x 7” White square Claritycard with Low-tack masking tape. Add a moon mask.

  1. Load a Stencil Brush with Juniper Light ink and swirl around the outer edge of the stencil, slowly working your way inwards. But we don’t want to go right to the centre - just round the outside! Load a second brush with Denim and do the same thing, but stick to the outer edge. Use a make-up sponge to pull in the color from the stencil into the abstract boxes, This will sharpen the outlines.

  2. Remove the stencil and you will see how the two colors work brilliantly together. The lighter Juniper was brought in further, and the Denim sharpened the outside edges.

  3. Cut out a mask of the large row of houses and then construct a little village scene right in the centre of the abstract frame using Black Archival ink. This ink will always give you a great crisp image. Mask off the large row of houses before you add the little row in the background.

  4. Look at the picture. See the 3 masks to the right? These are so that we can add shade underneath the houses or the geese withought adding colour to the images!

  5. Add a little shade to the houses and the wishing well with coloring pencils. Not too much mind! You can always add it but you can’t take it away. Mount on black card and you can move in!
