Baileys Ice Cream
Whether it’s dessert for a dinner party or a weekend treat you want to indulge in, this scrumptious ice cream recipe is smooth and creamy and, with a hint of vanilla and Baileys, it’s a decadent pudding strictly for grown ups!
- 300ml double cream
- 500ml good quality vanilla custard
- Tea spoon vanilla essence
- 3 shots of baileys
Mix the custard and cream well into a bowl adding the 3 shots of baileys. Add the tea spoon of vanilla essence if needed.
Once mixed add to the ice cream mixer as instructions and leave to churn until scoop able.
For harder ice cream scoop out of the mixer and put the ice cream into a air tight container. Leave in the freezer for a few hours until ice cream has hardened.
